Crail, Charles S., 1877-1939.
Joe and Charles Crail were twin brothers from Fairfield, Iowa who served during the Spanish American War in the 12th Company of U.S. Signal Corps Volunteers. Joe was a colonel in the corps and chief signal officer. Charles was a sergeant who later became the presiding justice of Division Two of the Second District Court of Appeals.
