St. Paul Foundry Company.

Founded in 1863 by C.N. Parker, the foundry was incorporated subsequently in 1883 under the laws of the state of Minnesota. The St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway Company made advances to the foundry and eventually received stock in it. In 1943, the name was changed to the St. Paul Engineering and Manufacturing Company.
