Garden State Immigration History Consortium.
The Garden State Immigration History Consortium was formed in the 1980s by teachers from eleven New Jersey colleges, two high schools, and the executive director of the American Labor Museum. Its purpose was to develop curricula, materials, and activities to enhance awareness of the role of immigrants in New Jersey and U.S. history.
