Massey, Forsyth, 1907-1986
Forsyth Massey was born on June 5, 1907, in Wichita, Kansas. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1931, and advanced to the rank of rear admiral in 1958. He served as Chief Staff of the U.S. Strike Command from 1964 to 1966. Massey died in March 1986, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
