Frazar, Everett Welles, 1867-
Everett Frazar (1834-1901), American diplomat and merchant, was appointed consul-general for Korea at New York in 1883. His firm, Frazar and Company, did business in China, Japan and Korea. He served as president of the American Asiatic Association.
