Paul Lincoln Kleinsorge (1906-1991) was born in Sacramento, California and earned bachelor and doctorate degrees from Stanford, and a MBA from Harvard. He married Elizabeth Wiley in 1941 and they moved to Eugene in 1948. Kleinsorge joined the University of Oregon as professor of economics and remained a faculty member until he retired in 1972. He served as director of the UO Institute of Industrial and Labor Relations and worked as an arbitrator in numerous labor disputes. Kleinsorge died 1991.
