Bynon, Allan
Ernst Hofer (1855-1934) was born in Clermont, Iowa where he entered the newspaper business with his father.
He moved to Oregon in 1889 where he published many newspapers and was an Oregon legislator. Mrs. Allan Bynon was his daughter.
