Newsbriefs is a Lutheran Resources Commission monthly publication which contains information on grants, loans, and other resources in fields ranging from aging to youth. The objective of Newsbriefs is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of LRC in meeting clients' needs for information on project development and funding.
This publication transmits resource information to the personnel of the divisions and boards of the participating Lutheran Church bodies and the United Church of Christ. On the mailing list are key central staff members, field staff, the districts/synods/conferences and their social ministry staffers and chairmen, Lutheran college presidents, government, foundations and corporate officials assisting LRC as well as LRC's own board, and staff. The LRC began publishing Newsbriefs in 1971.
