Dowe, Gary A.,
Dowe (b.1949?) served in the Marine Corps from 1966 to 1969, including a tour in Vietnam in 1967. Wounded twice while in Vietnam, he received two Purple Heart medals. He settled in Grafton (Wisconsin).
