Inez Wallace was a writer and entertainment columnist, working for the Cleveland Plain Dealer, 1920s-1950s, and as a feature writer for many popular magazines. She was a gossip columnist in Hollywood, wrote the scripts for several radio and TV programs and authored the story upon which the movie "I walked with a zombie" was based. Inez's husband, Frank Hubbell, owned the Hubbell Advertising Agency in Cleveland, Ohio and was also a founder of the Direct Mail Advertising Agency. He specialized in motivational messages, advertising mottoes, and promotional materials.
