Whaling vessel, out of Sag Harbor, N.Y., mastered by Mercator Cooper, on voyage from 21 July 1847 to 6 June 1850 to the Western Island, Pigeon, Crozet, Tristan, French Rock, On the Line, Okhotsk Sea, Coast of Kamchatka, Anadyr Sea, and Arctic Ocean whaling grounds; agent-owner: Huntting Cooper; built at Philadelphia, Pa., 1819; lost 7 June 1850.
