Randall Morris was a dentist from Mountain Home, Idaho. In the 1970s, he was a co-founder of the Committee for Idaho's High Desert (CIHD) which is Idaho's largest desert conservation organization. The CIHD is a member of the Idaho Wildlands Defense Coalition.
