Pennsylvania State University. Beaver Campus
The Beaver Campus opened in 1965 and expanded in 1968 to a 104-acre campus northwest of downtown Pittsburgh. The campus offers the first two years of a Pennsylvania State University degree, and since 1999 offers select baccalaureate and master's programs. In 1997, the campus name was changed to Penn State Beaver.
