Herrington, A. W. S. (Arthur William Sidney), 1891-
Variant namesBorn on March 30, 1891 in Coddenham, England. Inventor and co-founder of the Marmon-Herrington Co., a producer of all-wheel drive civilian and military vehicles. Served as a military adviser to the U.S. government before and during World War II. He died on Sept. 6, 1970.
