Busch, C. Thomas.
C. Thomas Busch was a student at Southern Illinois University between 1966 and 1970, and served as the Vice-Chairman of the Student Advisory Committee for Master Plan III. He also served on Lieutenant Governor Paul Simon's Committee to Study Campus Unrest in 1970 and as a spokesman and organizer for Co-ordinating Task Force (CTF).
