Joslin, Jervis, 1836-1899.

Jervis Joslin (1836-1899) arrived in Colorado in 1866. Along with his partner Boyd Park, Joslin established the successful jeweler's firm of Joslin & Park, which set up branches in Cheyenne and Leadville before expanding to Denver and Salt Lake City. Joslin died of pneumonia in Denver in 1899. His obituary in the Denver Post called Joslin & Park the Tiffany & Co. of the Rocky Mountain Region.
