Carroll, Lucius Wyman, 1815-1900.
Carroll was a dealer in manufacturing supplies; his store was on Water Street in Norwich, Connecticut. Carroll worked alone between 1843 and 1865 when he added E.P. Jacobs and Loren A. Callup as partners. Carroll's son, Adams P. Carroll, joined the business in 1876 and continued it after the death of his father. L.W. Carroll also owned a cotton mill in Griswold, Connecticut.
