Cook, Allen P., 1917-2005.
Allen P. Cook was born in 1917 and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1940. He was in USS Nevada (BB36) during the attack on Pearl Harbor. During his career, he served in a variety of ship and shore assignments. Cook retired from the Navy in 1970 as a captain.
