Phillips, Blanche A.,
Blanche A. Phillips was from Newfane, NY. Known as "Phil," she graduated from the Rochester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute (RAMI) in 1915. Dorothy J. Walls was originally from Fairport, NY. She also attended RAMI and graduated from the Retail Management program in 1933 with a concentration in costume design and retailing. After graduating, Walls married William Cooper. It is unclear if the two women had any connection.
