Ontario Agricultural College. Dept. of Dairying. (1891-1932 : Dean)
Henry Dean began the "O.A.C. Review" as managing editor in 1889, and began the program of the "Travelling Dairy" which gave farmers demonstrations of dairying. He was professor of dairying from 1891-1932. Dean Avenue in Guelph is named after him.
