Everett and Cherry Valley Traction Company.
The company was incorporated by Great Northern interests in 1907 and built eight miles of rail line between Monroe and Tolt in Snohomish County, Washington. In 1912 all the company's properties were conveyed to GN and, in 1915, it was formally dissolved.
