Naturalized American living in Altadena, Calif. Travelled alone at age seventy-five (1947) to Britain, his country of origin, which he had not seen since 1923. Traveled by rail to New York and to Britain by ship. Visited relatives in Birmingham, made sightseeing trips to London, Stratford, Derby, Scotland, Wales and Isle of Man. Returned by ship and rail via Canada to Chicago and thence to California.
