Liza Minnelli, star of stage and screen, was born on March 12, 1946 to Judy Garland and Vincent Minnelli. Although she was most popular during the 1970s and 1980s, she still continues to perform today.

Judy Garland (1922-1969) was an American actress and entertainer.

Amanda Gee, born in England, immigrated to Canada with her family in the early 1970s. Gee began collecting Minnelli memorabilia during the 1970s. She worked for a production company called Folio Productions which was based in London. In 2004, Gee donated her collection of Liza Minnelli and Judy Garland ephemera to the New York Public Library.
