South Eastern Dakota Railroad Company.
Incorporated in 1886 under the laws of Dakota Territory, the company operated a line in North Dakota between Fairview Junction and Great Bend, and a branch line between Keystone Junction and Bayne. It was deeded to NP in 1898.
