Clements, George P.
George P. Clements was prominent in agricultural economics and conservation in Southern California. He received his M.D. from the Univ. of Nebraska in 1896, and was in agriculture in Riverside Co., Calif., from 1900-1918. He organized the agricultural department of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and served the city and state in numerous capacities in both medicine and agriculture.
