Kamensky, Basil M., 1895-1982.
Born in Russian, Kamensky studied in Russia and France and served the Church in Lithuania. he came to the U.S. in 1950, taught at St. Tikhon's Seminary (1950-1962) and was an advisor to the Church administration on canonical and historical affairs.
