Richard Blow (1746-1833), merchant and shipowner, of "Tower Hill," Sussex County, Va. and Portsmouth, Va. married Frances Wright in 1786 and had a child George Blow (1787-1870). George Blow married Eliza Waller and had a number of children, among whom were Robert Waller Blow (1808-1828), Richard Blow (1810-1855), George Blow (1813-1894) and William Nivison Blow (1823-1899). William Nivison Blow's son was William Nivison Blow.
