Pastor; born in 1936; educated at Washington Bible College, first African American worker for the American Sunday School Union; founded the Triple C Bible Camp and the Triple C Bible Institute of North Carolina in Ahoskie, 1973; pastored a Baptist congregation in Ahoskie, 1980.
