University of Minnesota. Office of International Education
The Office for International Education was established at the University of Minnesota in 1986 to offer education and training, counseling and advising to foreign students and faculty, public affairs and community outreach with foreign governments and sponsors, and research and professional development. The office is now the Office for International Programs.
