Smith, Percy Frank 1880-1945
Variant namesPercy F. Smith was born in Pittsburgh in 1848. He became a reporter at age sixteen. He opened his own printing shop in 1880 and continued until 1913 when he was elected jury commissioner. He married Caherine Bryce in 1879 and had one daughter, Elizabeth.
