Roy, Paul A. (Paul Arthur), 1932-
Variant namesPaul A. Roy, Colonel in the Coast Artillery and a West Point graduate, served in North Africa, Italy, France, and Germany. During the war, he was assigned to several Coastal Artillery units. In 1945, he was assigned the duties of Commander of the liberated Dachau concentration camp.
