Bellingham Bay & Eastern Railroad Company.
Incorporated in 1891 under the laws of the state of Washington, the company operated a line between Bellingham and Wickersham, Washington (23.4 miles) . It was conveyed to the NP in 1903 and stricken from Washington State's records in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
