Washburn, Bayfield and Iron River Railway Company.
Incorporated in 1895 under the state laws of Wisconsin, the company operated a line between Iron River and Washburn (Wis.). In 1901, a decree of foreclosure was entered; in 1902, the property was purchased by NP.
