Black, Niel, 1804-1880
Variant namesPastoralist. With W. Stewart, T.S. Gladstone and A.S. Finlay took up Glenormiston run in 1840. In 1868 the partnership was dissolved and Niel Black retained the portion known as Mount Noorat. He was a member of the Legislative Council of Victoria, 1859-1880.
