Telford, Chiyo Thomas.
American teacher, physical therapist, member of the American National Red Cross, and daughter of Elbert Duncan Thomas, a Mormon missionary who served as a U.S. senator from Utah (1932-1950) and as chairman of the Senate Military Affairs Committee and high commissioner for the Pacific Islands Trust Territory (1951-1953).
