Biography
Clark and Henery Bridge and Wharf Builders and General Construction was based in Stockton, Calif. from the 1890's through 1911. By 1911-12 they had branched into many areas of Northern California, doing road paving in Lodi, Marysville, Chico, and Oroville and many towns in Oregon. In 1914-15 they were involved in a dredger scandal in Oakland and there were other controversies over their contracts and work.
