Cunningham, Calvin (William Calvin), 1924-
A native of Tell City, Ind., Cunningham graduated from Tell City High School in 1942. By May 1944 he was in the Air Force and training at the Advanced Bombardier School in Big Spring, Texas, and upon receiving his commission became an instructor at the school. He also trained at Harlingen, Texas in 1945, and was transferred to Lincoln, Nebraska, probably in preparation for going overseas.
