Leia Bell, a Salt Lake City artist, grew up in Tennessee but moved to Utah, where she received a B.F.A. in printmaking in 2001. She creates most of her prints for Kilby Court, a live music venue in Salt Lake City, although she has done work for other music venues elsewhere in the U.S., as well as in the United Kingdom.
