The Cruft Memorial Laboratory was given to Harvard University by Harriet Otis Cruft in 1914. It currently houses facilities for lab instruction in electronic and solid state physics. In addition, computer facilities for use in computer science research and instruction and research in electromagnetic wave propogation are conducted in the Cruft.
