Seattle and San Francisco Railway and Navigation Company.
Incorporated in 1899 under the laws of Washington State, the company was sold to the Northwestern Improvement Company in 1903, then to NP later that same year. It was stricken from the records of the state in 1913 for failure to pay annual license fees; however, trustees' and stocholders' meetings were held until 1924.
