Bennett, Russell W. (Russell White), 1871-
Variant namesBennett was born on May 6, 1926 in Mount Pleasant (Mich.), the son of Peter and Alice Bennett. He married Elizabeth M. Judson, and together they had eleven children. Bennett was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and a World War II veteran. He died on June 15, 1997 in Mount Pleasant. (information from his obituary in the Morning Sun, June 16, 1997.)
