Western Texas Farm Labor Association.
Created in 1956 to serve as the prime contractor for assignment of Mexican Nationals as laborers on West Texas farms. Existed as an association of member-user famers from Bailey, Castro, Deaf Smith, Lamb, and Parmer counties. Headquartered in Muleshoe, Texas. The organization was overseen by the U.S. Department of Labor.
