Hlass, Cynthia Welch, 1944-2003.
Cynthia Welch Hlass was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1944. She attended Northwestern University (Chicago, Illinois) for two years during the early 1960s, then left to become an airline attendant. She served as Atlanta NOW president (1973-1974) and as legislative coordinator (1974-1975) for Georgia NOW. Hlass worked as a real estate broker for over 20 years. She died in 2003.
