Sinclair, Donald, 1899-1978.
Donald Sinclair (1899-1978) was a farmer near Stephen (Marshall County) when first elected to the Minnesota Senate in 1946. He served five terms in the Senate and a term as president pro-tempore. He retured in 1971.
