Powell, I. R.
Manager of Z-L Ranch in Crosby County, Texas, from 1918-1919. Also associated with Half-Circle S Ranch and Crosbyton Cattle Company. These ranches all occupied land which had originally been patented to the Kentucky Cattle Raising Company of Louisville. Later owned by A.W. Husdon and then by Frank Cross.
