United Railroads of Washington
Incorporated in 1890 under the laws of Washington State, the company operated two disconnected lines in Washington, one originating in Centralia, the other in Chehalis. It was deeded to NP in 1898, then stricken from the Washington State records in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
