Charles (1804-1829), Thomas Jefferson Charles (b.1806); Hopkins Gardner Charles (1809-18840) was son of Hugh Lide and Carolina Augusta Bacot Charles and husband of Margarey Louisa DuBose Charles (1814-1884).
