Hyatt, Torry D., d. 1977.
Mrs. Torry Hyatt was a niece of William Wood who sailed from Sydney in 1895 to join a Utopian colony founded by William Lane in Cosme Paraguay. This communal experiment did not last long. Most of the settlers left Paraguay but the Wood family stayed on. They corresponded with their cousin Torry Hyatt.
