American Lee Joseph Levinger (1890-1966) was a rabbi and an author. Educated at the University of Cincinnati, the University of Pennsylvania, and Hebrew Union College, he was particularly interested in the history of Jews in the United States, and the work of Jewish chaplains in the United States armed forces.
