British League of Racing Cyclists
Variant namesThe British League of Racing Cyclists was formed at an inaugural meeting at Buxton, 11 November 1942. In 1959 it amalgamated with the National Cyclists' Union to become the British Cycling Federation. These records were held by Charles Messenger.
